About Me
I am a certified Athletic Trainer and licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. I have over 20 years of experience aiding clients who currently have, or have recently recovered from, an injury/surgery. Specifically, I have worked with the 65+ population focusing on gaining strength, reducing fall risks, and improving quality of life for over 15 years. I have lived in Manchester since 2007 and love raising my children in our wonderful community. I have a passion for helping people gain their independence and enjoy life to its fullest.

We will complete a health history and assessment, set goals specific to your needs, schedule a 30-minute future session at your convenience, and you will receive an individual home exercise program.
